First make sure you are logging into the correct training site.
Train the Trainer clients need to use the Login to Train the Trainer site button, or go to www.ForkliftTrainingSchool.com to login for the trainer materials.
Use the menu option for CUSTOM TRAINING and select your organization
Try your login there, if you still have an issue use the contact form for support
What is my Login Name?
It should be your full email address
My password is not working.
Use the lost password option
Can I reset my password?
YES, use forgot password or change it in your profile
I got locked out, what now?
Your IP will be relaeased in 30 minutes
Try to reset your password before trying again.
IF you get locked out 9 times you will be put on an account lockdown and you must contact support to be released.
Use a different IP Address, like a hot spot
If you login and you do not have access to the class contact support
Check your profile and make sure you are entered into the correct class
Why do I have to enter my email and password on the test page?
Enter in this information so you can return to the test if you do not finish
You create a password you want to use to log back into the test. It has no relationship to your user name and password that you used to login to the training class.
Why do i enter my name before i start the test?
The name you enter here, will be used on your temporary license when you pass the test
If I do not pass the test is there a charge to re-take the test?
No, you can take it until you pass it.
I have a message about "Cookies" and I cannot get into the test.
If you are using an IPhone you may need to set your browser to allow cookies and cross site tracking to on.
If I don't finish the test and need to return, do I have to go through all the class slides again?
No, if you just use the back arrow on the first slide of the class, you can go directly to the Test.
Make sure you enter the email address and password you setup for the test, this is not your login for the class site. It was setup when you took the class the first time.
Where is the test and videos?
All of the class components are in the main set of slides.
The test is a slide in the training slides. It is the last slide in the series.
When a video is to play the slide with the video will come up and begin playing. When it is over it will move to the next slide and you can continue to read each slide until the next video.
What if I need my class in Spanish?
Use the button at the top to swich to the Spanish Slides and videos.
Can I take the class again?
You can return to the class and re-take the test if you did not score above 70%
Videos display an error message that they cannot play.
Make sure your computer and browser has videos enabled
Contact support with the form provided.
Where do I send my picture for my plastic license?
If there are errors in my digital license how do i get them fixed?
Reply to the digital email that was sent with your card. If you do not reply within 48 hours the card will be sent as is.
How long does it take to get my license?
There is a digital license at the end of your test, it is also emailed to you so you can download it.
The actual digital should be sent to you by email in 3-4 business days
The plastic card will be mailed 2-3 days later
If you do not reply to the digital email and correct any errors there is a $20.00 reprint charge. The reason we send you a digital copy is to make sure the spelling of your name is correct.
We will mail the card to the address in your account, if this is not a good address or you need it sent to a different location please send an email to Test@ForkliftUniversity.com and we will make the change.
Some postal delivery services are unreliable, please allow for delivery times. We do not reprint licenses lost in the mail until they have been returned by the post office or it has been 2 weeks.
For companies with 5 or more licenses, we send these out with tracking.
