SMS Terms

Effective date: October 3, 2026

1. Program

Program name: Forklift University customer text messages.
Sender: Forklift U LLC, doing business as Forklift University ("Forklift University", "we", "us").

We send text messages (SMS/MMS) to people who opt in about their training inquiry, including class information, purchase links, booking confirmations, and follow-ups from our sales and support team (for example, certification card replacements and training portal help).

2. How you opt in

You can agree to receive text messages in either of these ways:

1. Online. On our contact and inquiry forms, by checking the box (it is never pre-checked) that says:

   "Yes, I agree to receive text messages from Forklift University about my inquiry, including class information, purchase links, booking confirmations, and follow-ups from our sales and support team at the number provided."

2. By phone. When you call us at 888-674-9992, our team will ask if you would like to receive text messages at the number you provide. We only enroll your number if you say yes. We record the date, time and the number you gave us.

After you opt in, we send one confirmation text that tells you how to get help and how to opt out. You must be the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and training activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Forklift University does not charge for text messages.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt out by calling 888-674-9992 or emailing Sales@forkliftuniversity.com.

To join again, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again on our website or by phone.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, call 888-674-9992 (English & Español), or email Sales@forkliftuniversity.com.

6. Consent is not required to buy

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any class, product or service from Forklift University.

7. Language

We send messages in English or Spanish, based on the language you used to contact us or the language you ask for.

8. Carriers

Messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage.

9. Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changing or giving up your number

If you change or cancel your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first, or tell us by phone or email, so messages are not sent to the new owner of the number.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep receiving messages after a change, the updated terms apply. These SMS Terms are part of our Terms & Conditions.
